How To Get Here:
The Don CeSar is located on a peninsula between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico; the hotel is connected to mainland Florida to the north. Alternatively, the bridges on I-275 connect to St. Petersburg from Northwest Tampa and Terra Ceia. We're just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 25 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport, which is approximately a ~$30 - $40 Uber or Lyft ride. Alternatively, you may rent a car or contact us directly for private sedan, taxi or shuttle service from the airport. If you choose to drive, hotel guests are required to pay a self-parking fee of $22 plus tax or a valet parking fee of $27 plus tax at The Don CeSar. Hotel guests at the Beach House Suites are required to pay a self-parking fee of $22 plus tax for parking. Regardless, you'll be here before you know it, which means you'll have even more time to enjoy the beaches, golf, shopping, nature and family fun nearby!

To secure your reservation, call the hotel directly at 1-800-282-1116, identify yourself as part of the “AGLF Annual Meeting 2022” to secure our special room rate of $259 per night (plus taxes) for single or double occupancy. Or utilize our online portal: AGLF Annual Meeting 2022
Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am. Any attendee requesting a late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. **Please Note: If anyone would like to check in earlier or stay later than the contracted dates, please contact the Don CeSar Reservations Office directly at 1-800-282-1116 to check the availability of the group rate for those extended dates.
Based upon availability, hotel reservations must be made no later than April 11, 2022. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the group rate on a “space-available” basis. Take advantage of our group rate, which is offered three days prior and three days after our conference dates (based upon availability), should you wish to come early or stay later to enjoy the St. Pete Beach area.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel more than 5 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit one (1) night’s room and tax.
