Registration rates
include admissions to all sessions,

Guest registration does not entitle the
attendee to attend general or concurrent
sessions; guest registration admits the

Registration forms will
not be processed without full payment.
We cannot accept government or other
purchase orders. All fees must be in
US
currency, drawn on a
US
bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express are also accepted for payment.

25% off of the registration fee!
If this is your first time attending an
AGLF conference, you are eligible to
receive a 25% rebate off the
registration fee.
- Second
Person from Same Company attending
this conference will receive 10% off the
registration fee.
- Three
or More People from Same Company attending
this conference entitles you to a $100
rebate for third attendee and for each
additional attendee as well. So
you receive a $100 for the third
attendee and another $100 rebate for the
fourth attendee as well! The more
people you send, the more you save!
All group attendees must reserve their

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received
in writing before April 27, 2009 will be
refunded, less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations after April 27, 2009 will
receive no refund. This policy is
strictly enforced.

Driving Directions From
The Airport...
Denver
International
Airport
is approximately 22 miles from the hotel and
takes between 25 to 40 minutes driving time,
depending on the time of day.
Convenient Shuttle
Service To The Airport...
Super Shuttle provides
scheduled runs from the airport every 15
minutes, beginning at 5:30 a.m. and ending
at midnight, for $18 per person one way. To
make arrangements with Super Shuttle, call

The
Brown
Palace
doorman can assist you in hailing a cab. A
one-way taxi ride to the airport is
approximately $40.
ATTIRE
Business casual is
appropriate for this meeting.
WEATHER
The average high
temperature for the month of May is
approximately 72°F and the average low is
41°F. It is advisable to bring warm weather
attire for outdoor activities, but please
keep in mind that hotels are
air-conditioned.
