The Public Sector Finance Forum is a joint venture of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance and the Equipment Leasing Finance Association. The 2012 Forum will again be held at the DoubleTree Hotel Magnificent Mile in Chicago on May 9 through May 11, 2012. The AGLF/ELFA discounted room rate is $155.00 single or double.

Registration rates include admissions to all sessions, refreshment breaks, the receptions, and continental breakfasts.

** Guest registration is open only to those who accompany a registered attendee. Guests must not be active in the municipal leasing industry. Guest registration does not entitle the attendee to attend general or concurrent sessions; guest registration admits the registrant to social events only.
***Basics Session includes both sessions on Wednesday, May 9th and the social networking reception in the same evening
Registration forms will not be processed without full payment. We cannot accept government or other purchase orders. All fees must be in US currency, drawn on a US bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.

First Time Attendees will receive 10% off of the registration fee! If this is your first time attending an AGLF conference, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount off the registration fee.
Two or More Persons from Same Company attending this conference will receive $50 discount for each attendee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing before April 30, 2012 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after April 30, 2012 will receive no refund. This policy is strictly enforced.

GETTING THERE
From O’Hare International Airport:
Taxis, all metered, generally cost between USD35-USD40. Depending on traffic, rides to downtown can range from 30-60 minutes. Taxis can be easily located outside each terminal.
From Chicago Midway Airport:
Taxis are found outside the terminal, near the baggage claim. For a ride to downtown Chicago expect to pay USD25-USD35.

Business casual is appropriate for this meeting.
WEATHER
The average high temperature for the month of May is approximately 70°F and the average low is 51°F. It is advisable to bring warm weather attire for outdoor activities, but please keep in mind that hotels are air-conditioned.
